- Experienced in Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), its implementation and the development of maintenance strategies, spares holdings.
- Responsible for the training of staff in SAP, maintenance planning, RCM and Microsoft Office software and promoting its effective use in all areas.
- Highly skilled in the development and implementation of planning processes with the proven ability to write accurate and detailed maintenance procedures.
- Instrumental in planning and establishing processes for reviewing the effectiveness of minor and major shutdowns with a value over $20 million dollars.
- Extensive experience with data analysis.
- Extensive use of writing and executing DIME and LSMW.
